AdSwallah.ai provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, branding, and web design/development. Specific services and terms are defined in individual client agreements.
3. Free Strategy Calls
Free strategy calls are provided at no cost and with no obligation. AdSwallah.ai reserves the right to decline or cancel strategy calls at its discretion. Information shared during strategy calls is subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Client Engagements
All paid client engagements are governed by separate service agreements. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are specified in individual contracts. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AdSwallah.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
AdSwallah.ai's liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AdSwallah.ai in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Marketing results are not guaranteed — digital marketing involves inherent uncertainties and results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. AdSwallah.ai reserves the right to terminate access to this website for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
10. Changes to Terms
AdSwallah.ai may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
